Disney's Island Tower at Disney's Polynesian Villas

Island Tower Studio Villa

A Modern Oasis with Polynesian Charm

Disney’s Island Tower at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows is the newest addition to the iconic resort—and it’s more than just a beautiful building. With its lush design, thoughtful amenities, and incredible Magic Kingdom views, this Disney Vacation Club (DVC) property blends tropical elegance with modern comfort. And the best part? You don’t need to be a DVC member to stay here—rooms can also be booked with cash directly through Disney!

 Location

Island Tower is located on the shores of the Seven Seas Lagoon, between the Grand Ceremonial House and Disney’s Grand Floridian Resort. It’s just a short walk to the Transportation and Ticket Center (TTC), which gives you easy access to both the monorail and ferry to Magic Kingdom.

 Theme & Design

The Island Tower celebrates the spirit of Polynesian wayfinding. Inspired by ocean voyages and celestial navigation, the tower’s art and design feature rich cultural motifs, Moana-inspired touches, and natural elements like moss walls and reclaimed materials. It’s a tribute to nature, storytelling, and exploration.
