Craving a taste of Disney but can't make it to the parks just yet? This Mickey Bubble Waffle Cone is inspired by the delicious treats from Marketplace Snacks in Disney Springs—and it’s surprisingly easy to recreate right in your own kitchen!
With just a few pantry ingredients and a Mickey Mouse bubble waffle maker, you can whip up a magical dessert that's sure to make any Disney fan smile.

Ingredients (Makes 4 cones):
½ cup sugar
2 eggs
½ cup melted butter
2 tablespoons vanilla extract
⅔ cup all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder

Instructions:
In a medium bowl, mix together the sugar, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract until smooth.
Add flour and baking powder, stirring until well combined.

Heat your Mickey bubble waffle maker according to the instructions.

Pour about ⅓ cup of batter into the center of the waffle maker.
Use a spatula or spoon to gently spread the batter toward the edges.
Close the lid and flip the waffle maker over to cook evenly.
Cook for about 3 minutes or until golden and lightly crisp.

Carefully remove the waffle and form it into a cone while still warm—it will be soft and flexible.
Use 2 toothpicks to help hold the cone shape while it cools and hardens.
Once cooled, fill your cone with your favorite ice cream, then top with whipped cream, chocolate chips, sprinkles, or whatever your heart desires!
